These terms govern your use of withvoya.com. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept them.

Who we are

VOYA is an independent travel advisory. We arrange hotel stays and travel arrangements on behalf of our clients, and we earn commission from the suppliers we book with.

We are not a hotel, an airline, or a tour operator. When you book through us, your stay is delivered by the hotel or supplier under their own terms, and their booking conditions govern cancellation, refunds and everything that happens on the ground.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep rates, availability, benefits and property details accurate, but they change constantly and are set by third parties. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices and benefits are only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation for a specific booking on specific dates.

Where we describe benefits available through our advisor relationships — such as room upgrades, breakfast or property credits — these are subject to availability at the time of your stay and to the supplier's own rules. An upgrade described as “subject to availability” is exactly that.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up or purchase after following one. This never affects your price. We are an independent affiliate; we are not an agent, representative or official channel of any hotel group or membership programme.

Bookings and payment

Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, payment for a booking is made directly to the hotel or supplier under their terms, not to us. Any fee we charge for planning or advisory work will be agreed with you in writing in advance.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — names as they appear on travel documents, dates, and the number of travellers. You are also responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements and travel insurance. We are glad to point you in the right direction, but the obligation is yours.

Limits

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information that a third party has since changed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The text, design and original photography on this site belong to VOYA. Hotel photography and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe the properties we can book.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
